Bulgari Mansion, Dubai

Foster Lomas Architects were commissioned to remodel and refurbish a 16,000 sqft residence within a prestigious complex in Dubai. Our scope encompassed architectural remodelling, a full lighting redesign, and the delivery of the interior design, including FF&E procurement and installation management.

We crafted a new design language for the house, playing with the themes of concealment and revelation to create spaces that evoke intrigue and comfort. Bespoke furniture elements act as partitions, defining intimate areas and transforming the layout into a journey of discovery. Many custom features, including lighting, were meticulously designed in collaboration with specialist German metalworkers and a UK-based lighting supplier. For the terraces, we worked with renowned landscape designer Andy Sturgeon to enhance the exterior surroundings, seamlessly blending architecture with landscape.

The house was recently sold, setting a record for the highest sale value per square foot in Dubai, underscoring the success of our design approach.
